- Phineas gages' doctor was Dr. Harlow
- The Gages can only trust Dr. Harlow
- In 1852, Phineas Gage was terribly seasick on his first voyage from Boston to Chile
- DR. Harlow said that "It takes months, but he seems to fully recover." (p.50)
- After Phineas goes to a farm to work at he just leaves because he doesn't like it.
- In February at dinner, Phineas has an epileptic seizure
- An epileptic seizure is only a symptom
- Phineas Gage died on May 21, 1860 at his sisters home in Vermont
- He was killed because he had bad hypothermia
- Hypothermia is when body temperature falls below normal
- He was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery in San Francisco
- Dr. Harlow took out the tamping iron that was in his head and they saw the hole that it made in its head.
