1.) Santa Clara - Home wih Judge
Miller and his family
2.) San Francisco - Manuel sells Buck for $150.00 and
Buck is put on a train
3.) Seattle, WA - Buck gets off the train and is given
to a man in a red sweater
4.) North (Alaska) - Buck is sold to Perrault
and Francois for $300.00
5.) Pass through Chicool Divide and camp at Lake
Bennett on their journey North, headed to Dyea Beach,
AK
6.) Lake la Barge. The dogs are miserable and have to camp at Lake la Barge
7.) They are 400 miles away from Dawson and is heading them
8.) They made it to Hootalinqua , First day- 35 miles to Big Salmon, next 35 more miles to Little Salmon, Third 40 miles and at five fingers.
9.) They arrive at the mouth of Tahkenna
10.) John Thorntons- Buck is very tired and hurt, so he stays with John Thornton.
